Dispatch
All orders placed before 4pm Central European Time (CTE) will be packed and delivered to the postal company within 3-5 business days.

EU Free shipping in the EU.

Note: Prices exclude customs fees and all additional taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes. This varies by country. Please check if there may be charges applicable for your country.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your unused and undamaged item(s) for any reason within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Bye.

Return Policy
To return your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Please send us an email to info@byelove.nl within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know which item you would like to return.
2. Please return your unused and undamaged item(s) and original packaging to us within 14 days.
3. Complete the enclosed returns form and place it together with the items you wish to return.
4. Close the box properly.
5. Return to your nearest post office and send to our return address below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Bye.
6. Please keep the receipt and tracking code as proof of your return.

Refund
Once we receive your return, all item(s) will be inspected. Products must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and enclosed silk pouch.

A full refund of the purchase price will be given, including original shipping costs.
The shipping costs incurred by the customer to return an order are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Bye. Unless there was an error in delivery.

If an item has been used or damaged, the item(s) will be returned to you and refund will be refused.

We will refund your order within 7 business days from the day we receive your order. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive.

Swap
If you wish to exchange your order, we ask that you place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
